Description

Model DRWS-900-AV Wireless Analog Voltage Transmitter/Receiver Set provides a wireless bridge between any process voltage signal and a voltage input process monitoring or control Instrument. The voltage readings connected to the transmitting unit are sent via a license free radio signal to a receiver unit up to 6 miles (Line-of-site) away. The receiving unit reproduces an accurate analog voltage output that mirrors the voltage input signal to the transmitter. Four models are available with input/output ranges of 0-1, 0-5, 0-10 or 0-20V DC.

Transmitter Operation Transmitter Operation The wireless analog voltage signal transmitter reads analog input data from any voltage source such as temperature, pressure, strain, flow, level or RH sensors and then sends the measured data over the air to a remote location. The measured voltage signals are converted to digital packets and then transmitted via a license free radio transmission to a waiting control receiver.
Receiever Operation Transmitter Operation The wireless voltage analog receiver decodes any incoming radio packets and converts them back into the same voltage signal that is being measured by the transmitter in real time.
